The Job Coach provides coaching services as indicated by the person-centered support plan to meet the client’s individualized job goals. Job Coaches are responsible for utilizing evidence-based practices, meeting fiscal responsibilities, and ensuring that regulatory and organizational standards are met for each client.
Having a passion for individuals diagnosed with autism is always key! We are looking for someone who is person-centered and really wants to get to know our clients and staff. This position will require someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, problem-solve complex situations all while making sure our staff, clients, and families are happy! Communication and project management skills are key to being successful in this job
The Office Specialist will support the Adult Autism Center with a variety of duties including coordinating with billing and insurance providers, sending in renewal authorizations and concurrent reviews, checking the status of insurance for clients regularly, answering phone calls, providing clerical support, and providing outcome-focused activities as directed by the supervisor.
