The Direct Care Specialist utilizes information gathered from the person-centered process to identify client strengths and weaknesses and develops collaborative goals with each client and his or her family for lifelong learning. The Registered Behavior Technician plays an important role in that it implements treatment protocols as designed by the interdisciplinary treatment team in an assigned clinical treatment setting. We are looking for someone to help complete objective documentation meeting Medicaid and insurance billing requirements under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data on developed treatment goals and documented problem behaviors in both home and clinical settings, and monitor collected data to determine the next steps in treatment planning under the supervision of the BCBA.
